Jim from GFM/Center Table reached out to me to reconfigure the process management of his creative agency within ClickUp.
He wanted to make sure they got it right from a structural standpoint rather than making mistakes that they needed to correct in the future.
Jim's goal for the VIP Day was to help his team structure their ClickUp configuration in a way that would be most beneficial long-term for the agency.
Jim's VIP Day was structured into two main parts:
The first part, which lasted about 3 hours, was centered around the design of the ClickUp workflow. This phase included a detailed audit of the GFM|Center Table workspace and resulted in a set of recommendations to enhance the workspace.
A training session via Zoom was held for an hour to review this initial phase. The participants included the leadership team (5 members) who were very engaged in the session asking questions, making suggestions, and giving live feedback.
Following the design phase, the second part, also taking 3 hours, focused on the implementation of the workflow as informed by the reviews from the first part. This included the creation of five new spaces to streamline the workflow process.
A subsequent training session took place at the end of the day for one hour to ensure the leadership team could review the implementation progress and ask additional ClickUp questions.
This was an awesome VIP experience that truly pushed and challenged me. It was the largest team I've teamed up with—around 50 ClickUp users—but everything turned out like they expected. Their positive feedback felt like a big win.
